By accessing or using Guitaa.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Guitaa provides AI-powered music analysis tools including chord detection, tab generation, lyrics transcription, and strumming pattern recognition from audio sources. The Service includes both free and premium features.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (corrections, tabs, contributions). By submitting content, you grant Guitaa a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute it within the Service. You must not submit content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the Service
• Upload malicious content or spam
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Circumvent rate limits or access controls

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, AI models, and branding, is the property of Guitaa. Music content analyzed through the Service remains the property of its respective copyright holders. Guitaa does not claim ownership of the original music.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Guitaa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. AI-generated content (chords, tabs, lyrics) may contain inaccuracies.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
